Japanese Building demolition technique

In the past old or unwanted buildings are demolished using the heavy equipments.

Now, each company in the construction industry is developing new demolishing technique.

Today we will introduce the Grand prince hotel Akasaka.
Business was closed 2011, and now the demolition work is in progress.

You can see the 140m height building gradually becoming small in the animation.

By this demolishing method, the noise will not be heard in the surroundings.

The trash like the powder, dust will not be dispersed.

In Japan, there are more than 2500 skyscrapers nearing the time for demolishing.
It is different from the work of only constructing the new buildings
The business of how to dismantle an old building was created.

Each company is challenging the building demolishing by their own method.

I think that in the near future, this technique will spread throughout the world.

Check the demolition of a skyscraper in this video.

Takkyubin (Express home delivery) of Yamato express

In Japan, there is service in which you can send the goods/luggage easily from your home without any traveling. It is “Takkyuubin (Express home delivery)” developed by Yamato express.
Company logo

After preparing the goods/luggage by pasting the slip on the box, if you request for the collection of goods/luggage at 7 pm by telephone or Internet, they will come to your home on that day and collect the goods/luggage.

The charges are proportional to the size of the box. However, the best part of the service is that, you can deliver the goods/luggage to any part within Japan, by the next day. It is possible to specify the delivery time by the unit of 2 hours, at free of charge. It is said that such a service is not available even in the United States.

Occasionally, I use the auction in United States, and it requires considerable time for the product to arrive, but in Japan, the distribution is progressing like a normal activity to deliver the order the next day.

The Japanese people send various items to their families and friends using this. For example, you do not have to worry that the food items will get bad, as it will be delivered the next day. The service charge is about 800 Yen, and if you equate it with the earnings of India, then you can send the goods/luggage for about 100 Yen.

They have now started a new service called “Takkyuubin (Express home delivery)” in three major cities in Japan (Tokyo – Osaka - Nagoya).

The idea is to start delivering the goods of "Takkyubin (Express home delivery)" on that day itself between three cities by 2016. M/s.Yamato express have established a new large-scale distribution base in the outskirts of three cities spending about 60 billion yen, to achieve the same day delivery.
It is said that the collection and delivery time of goods/luggage is reduced by using the state-of-the-art automatic sorting machine. In addition, the charges for delivery are not changed.

If the delivery can be done on the same day at regular price, there will be more of internet mail order activation. Not only the individuals will use this, but also the manufacturing sector will also use it to transport parts necessary during the emergency.
It is expected that the supermarket handing perishable goods, small vendors who do not want to hold the stock etc. will order only the necessary quantity, and the demand for the trader is expected to expand.
The delivery time of Yamato is gradually getting fast. It seems that the day when delivering the items from large-scale consumer electronics to the dinner foodstuff using Yamato express by sitting at home will become a normal practice.
The overseas deployment started with Taiwan in the year 2000, and the service is now operational in Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. Takkyubin (Express home delivery) can appear at some time even in India.

I think you can feel the attentive service of the Japan distribution style.

The plan is to take the model from the part where the client has not lost, and reverse it with the peculiar technology.

To give the closest color of the skin similar to the client, layers of silicone with different color are piled up, and reproduce until the warmth of the skin.

They even restore the fingerprint using the reverse technology. It is a wonderful company that gives hope to those who loose part of their body.
