Japanese product - Tea kettle

It is said that during the 17th century, the Kyoto craftsman was invited to Morioka, and asked to make the kettle (..called as Nanbu tekki in Japanese language) for green tea.

Since then, it was blessed with a good quality raw material. The development continued by engaging lot of casters from various places who tried hard to protect and nurture the skill, and the manufactured goods were widely used from the tea kettle to the daily necessaries.

During the 18th century, improvement in making the small tea kettle started, and was made cheaper enough even for the common man to use.

A lot of people are familiar with the Nanbu ironware due to the excellent quality, and it has built a solid position and brand a typical traditional handicraft of Japan.

The evaluation of many of the collector’s items has further improved in the recent years as one of the Japanese traditional beauty.

Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disneyland was opened in 1983 as the third Disney Theme Park after the California Disneyland and the Florida Disney world.

It is a facility where both the adults and children ride in the vehicles, enjoy all the day while experiencing a lot of attractions, and devoted to the service spirit that does not make the visitors tired.

They always keep updating the facilities and amusements, and the special feature is that there are lots of people who repeatedly visit.

Especially, for the girls it is the Mecca that they want to visit once without fail.

And exactly, the dream land is here.

In that, the specialty is the large scale parade that is performed several times a day.

Naturally, there are plenty of souvenirs.

I welcome lot of people to collect the Disneyland products.

How about collecting and decorating only with the Tokyo Disneyland products?

Folding fan

Folding fan (..called as “Sensu” in Japanese language) is a tool used to push the wind by my hand.

During the time when there was no electrical appliance, and during the hot summer times, the folding fan is held by hand, and by shaking it wind is made to pass through one’s face and chillness is obtained.

Though it is a primitive tool now, it is especially popular among the foreign people, as a souvenir of Japan, and as an object to place in the room, from the artistic point of view.

I think that, by just decorating the living room with the folding fan, it will change as the room where the Japanese atmosphere can be felt.

Do you wish to decorate with the “Folding fan” that is the handicraft that represents Japan?
