Japanese product - Edo Kiriko 

Edo Kiriko is the traditional craft representing Japan since the Edo period, and it is the technique by which the craftsman makes the cut at the surface of the glass one by one.





Edo Kiriko, the technique of carving on the surface of the glass was started in the Edo period.





From the Meiji era, the cutting technique of Europe was introduced, the technique of glass work that gives various patterns on the surface of the glass was established, and has been handed down till now.





It is acknowledged as the typical craft of Japan. The goodness of Edo Kiriko is the glitter that appears due to the refraction of light and the beauty of traditional pattern
