Paul William Walker IV

Paul William Walker IV

On November 30, 2013, Walker has died of a traffic accident by crashing at the electrical pole and roadside trees when returning from charity event, driven by his friend in a red Porsche Carrera GT at Santa Clarita, California, United States.

The movie “Wild speed” gave the chance for Walker to suddenly become a star, but occasionally stole the limelight among the current American movies. The Japanese cars such as the GT-R that was not much known to the foreigners got the spotlight, and got a push up as a major car.

His grandfather being a race driver, he was brought up by having contact with cars from his childhood, and hence he had loved the cars very much.
As the lead role was done by the actor who loves the car, I think that he was able to give a good movie without any difficulty.

When I saw ‘Wild speed” for the first time, even as a native Japanese I remember feeling that he was a fascinating actor having a very favorable impression.
The accident happened when he was returning from an event for the support of victims due to the damage by the super typhoon on the Philippines Leyte island etc.
The actor who succeeding in the car subject movie has died in the car.

We pray for his soul to rest in peace.
