Noodles vending machine

In Japan, the largest vending machine country, the noodles using the raw Udon (Japanse noodle) and Soba (Buck wheat noodle) are sold from the vending machine.
Insert the coin, and after 25 seconds, you can eat the warm and delicious noodles.
The noodle used is not the instant one but the raw noodle, and that is concerned over the taste.
I am introducing this machine, as it is quite a reasonable Japanese machine.
At present, this could not be seen much, but some machines are still operating on the side of the main highway and near the lounge or rest room.

If you insert the coin and press the product selection button, the operation will start inside the machine aiming for completion at a very short time of 25 seconds.

First, the cup set in the loop is sent in to the cooking space at the right side of the vending machine, and then hot water is poured into the cup.

Then a cover with lot of slits is made to hold-down the cup, and close. The part the supports the cup from the bottom rotates very fast and the hot water is pushed out by the centrifugal force.

It will be very exciting to see this dynamic movement by standing nearby.
The hot water is removed for the second time, finally the undiluted soup and boiling water are poured, and the vending machine noodles is completed just like that.

Try to taste this vending machine noodles once when you come to Japan.

This the latest vending machine for preparing the noodles.

Pure gold vending machine

Earlier I have introduced about the vending machine in Japan.
http://japanindiacart.blogspot.jp/2013/12/vending-machine.html

In Japan, you can find the vending machines not only in the cities but also in mountain recesses and remote places.

The items that are sold in these vending machines are not only food items.

In addition, there are lot of vending machines that where you can buy unconventional or peculiar items.

There are vending machines that sell “High price” items that are not extravagant.

Space International Inc. selling the precious items has set up the pure gold vending machine in the store.

You can buy the 1g pure gold, the maple leaf gold coin of Canada, and the kangaroo gold coin of Australia etc.

All are undoubtedly pure gold with the purity 99.99%.

The shop manager who set up this vending machine said, “In the foreign countries, it is common to buy the gold as one of the funds management. Some people are hesitant to buy the gold in the shop or to make face-to-face purchase. We made this vending machine for them to buy it little easier.”
It seems that the number of vending machines offering such new service will keep increasing in the future.

The number of the vending machines are decreasing due to the prosperity of the convenience store, but you can expect the arrival of “Novelty” of new types further.

Vending machine

Generally speaking, let’s walk along a road in Japan, and if we walk for some distance (say few 100 meters), there will be a vending machine, and you can select and buy any cool drink or warm drink from a lot of varieties at anytime and anywhere.

It is usual in case of Japan, and I did not think it was especially convenient. However, those who are coming from foreign countries might see this as new.

The sales total of the drink from the vending machines in Japan is around US$20 billion. It is very big market that almost rivals the expressway toll fee of about US$22 billion.
The sales route of the drinks can be divided to the store sales and vending machine sales. In this the vending machine sales accounts at about 35%.
The coca cola group has 980,000 vending machines. It is in a leading position in business. It is said that about 47% of the beverage sales of the entire coca cola group is through the vending machines.

Japan is a major power of vending machines.
