First export of Kobe beef to EU

The high grade brand beef “Kobe beef” of Japan is exported to the European Union (EU).

This is the first export of the Japanese produced beef to the European Union (EU), and it is circulated to the 4 countries of France, Germany, Denmark, and Monaco.
The beef export to the EU had a stormy passage due to the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in the Japanese domestic market, and the ban was finally lifted in March 2013 after negotiation.
It was decided to certify if the safety of the sanitary control such as the meat processing facilities are approved.
The plan is to airlift 50 beef portion per month such as roasting meat (pork lion) and fillets for high-class restaurants, hotels, and department stores.
The Japanese food is popular and the concern of the EU is high.

Kobe beef is exported to five countries and districts of Macau, Hong Kong, United States, Thailand, and Singapore since February 2012.
The people, who are coming to Japan from foreign countries, taste the Japanese brand beef and are highly appreciating, and are prepared to eat again.
 
Why there is so much fascination?
The answer is
-by making good use of good quality water, secret fodder, and advanced fattening technology,
-massaging the cow every day, and not even sparing the labor of giving beer to promote the appetite
-eliminating the stress of the cow, and pouring the friendly affection one each and every cow
-the meat quality becomes contrast that is not available in the foreign countries.

Do you think that the Japanese beef is completely different from the regular beef that you eat?
The red fleshy meat and white fat are mixed in a splendid balance. The quality of the fat is good because care is taken in providing the feed and the growing environment.
Those who taste the beef for the first time praise it as delicious, and are prepared to eat again.

Cuisine that represents Japan

I think that it will be the ramen that will be most evaluated in the world as the cuisine that represents the Japan.

I still think that the most popular item is still the sushi.

I think the deciding factor of the taste of sushi is the freshness of the fish, and then the delicious rice, seaweed, and vinegar.
If one has to become a unique sushi shop then the human effort is to be added, and it is the cuisine that is mostly controlled by the good ingredient. Some sort of deception will be effective if good ingredients are available
 

When compared with this, you may think that by using good ingredients such as wheat flour that becomes noodle, water, fish used in the soup, vegetable, and meat a good ramen can be made. How do you make a delicious soup by going the extent of combining the ingredients?

The ingredients used in the soup, and the preparation method are very different, and hence there are countless variation of taste as the number of shops.

The proportion of high degree of freedom can easily lead to taste difference. A long queue stands in front of delicious ramen shop, but customers will not come to the shop that does not make such activity.

In other words, if you make a delicious ramen, the customers will come without fail.

Hence, the if the foreigners who are coming to Japan eat the delicious ramen, and if you enter the ramen shop lined up in front of the store in the lunch time and dinner time, then you will definitely attach yourself with the taste of delicious ramen.

The foreigners easily misunderstand it to be a simple dish, by imagining the instant noodle that it can be easily consumed just by boiling in hot water for 3 minutes, but it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare the soup in the ramen shop that is lined up with the customers.

It takes nearly 5 hours just to boil the soup well!
Prepare a delicious ramen by sparing all the effort, by continuously searching for a good ingredient, and keep evolving without making it as the final point.
If a shop does extremely well, then only it will be called as the famous shop of Japanese ramen for the first time.






Even if it is called as famous shop, the contest is not over because shops are opened one after another giving out new flavors, and it is sure that ramen is the most severe cuisine.




In other words, it can be said as the cuisine that is most evolving in Japan.





It is easy to understand that the ramen is the dish that makes you to enjoy the delicious soup.
However, it is far from the healthy dish while chasing the taste, the flavor is strong, the calorie is high, and elderly people are restraining from this dish. It is not much know that the health consciousness people, preferring the bland diet, not considering this dish.
I do not prefer to eat this dish too much willingly, but the children like it very much!



























Though it is just ramen, there are about 30,000 ramen shops in Japan.

TenDon - Japanese lunch

TenDon is the dish made by placing the tempura over the rice, with soy sauce that is original to the shop.

The dish differs by the shop, and the secret of delicious is based on the original soy sauce of each shop.

The Tenpura with the salted and sweetened soy sauce is very delicious.
