Sausa-JIN

Sausa Jin is the new life form (or a new type of food item) prepared by the Japanese people using the sausage.

First export of Kobe beef to EU

The high grade brand beef “Kobe beef” of Japan is exported to the European Union (EU).

This is the first export of the Japanese produced beef to the European Union (EU), and it is circulated to the 4 countries of France, Germany, Denmark, and Monaco.
The beef export to the EU had a stormy passage due to the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in the Japanese domestic market, and the ban was finally lifted in March 2013 after negotiation.
It was decided to certify if the safety of the sanitary control such as the meat processing facilities are approved.
The plan is to airlift 50 beef portion per month such as roasting meat (pork lion) and fillets for high-class restaurants, hotels, and department stores.
The Japanese food is popular and the concern of the EU is high.

Kobe beef is exported to five countries and districts of Macau, Hong Kong, United States, Thailand, and Singapore since February 2012.
The people, who are coming to Japan from foreign countries, taste the Japanese brand beef and are highly appreciating, and are prepared to eat again.
 
Why there is so much fascination?
The answer is
-by making good use of good quality water, secret fodder, and advanced fattening technology,
-massaging the cow every day, and not even sparing the labor of giving beer to promote the appetite
-eliminating the stress of the cow, and pouring the friendly affection one each and every cow
-the meat quality becomes contrast that is not available in the foreign countries.

Do you think that the Japanese beef is completely different from the regular beef that you eat?
The red fleshy meat and white fat are mixed in a splendid balance. The quality of the fat is good because care is taken in providing the feed and the growing environment.
Those who taste the beef for the first time praise it as delicious, and are prepared to eat again.

Eel restaurant loved by Souichiro Honda

This is the famous Eel restaurant loved by Souichiro Honda, the founder of Honda.

It seems that Soichiro Honda has loved the Eel restaurant that there is a legend saying, “He has not taken eel at any other place than this shop”.

The Kimoyaki (Grilled eel liver) is another food item that is equally popular to the Unajuu (Grilled unagi served over a bed of rice as a main course), and is made by grilling the liver of the eel by piercing it in the skewer.

I hear that the liver of 12~13 eel fish is used for one Kimoyaki!

When you come to this restaurant, try this eel recipe by all means.
There are lot of people and celebrities who are very particular about this restaurant.

TenDon - Japanese lunch

TenDon is the dish made by placing the tempura over the rice, with soy sauce that is original to the shop.

The dish differs by the shop, and the secret of delicious is based on the original soy sauce of each shop.

Kaisen-Don (Donburi-Meshi)

The staple food of Japan is rice.
The rice is placed in the big container (Donburi), and on top of it, the ingredient that are the side dish are placed, and this is called as Donburi Meshi.


A lot of varieties of available, and hence I would like to introduce the
Donburi-Meshi series in the future.
 


First is the Kaisen-Don.


The most popular Japanese meal is the sushi, and the Kaisen-Don is the food with lot of sushi and sushi toppings placed over the rice.



The price of the sushi varies depending on the number of sushi eaten and it is a wonderful dish difficult to calculate the budget, but the price 1 cup of this Kaisen-Don is decided, and hence it is the commodity to get satisfaction by comparatively low price.
This is one of popular Donburi-Meshi in Japan.



It will stimulate the appetite gorgeously just by seeing.


The ingredient of the topping is different based on the shop, and you can enjoy by visiting various shops.
