Kenner make Wrought Iron

Wrought iron is the iron that is heated till it turns red by putting in the furnace, hit with the hammer, elongated, bent and made into various shapes.

The item made by this process is called as "Wrought iron".
Though the origin was Europe, there is a company herein Japan that produces a very wonderful Wrought iron.

Recently, there are a lot of items that are manufactured by melting and pouring the metal in the mold and are intended for mass production items, similar to the wrought iron. But it is not suitable for making fine and complicated structures.

It is easy to standardize, and used for making the gate, fence, furniture etc., and yet it only has the finish of the imitation product.

A genuine wrought iron is a product in which the iron can be freely manipulated, and all the items like gate and fence for houses, handrails for stairs can by produced manually, and are truly a handicraft.

It consistently sticks to the hand work staring from the design to manufacturing,

As the manufacturing will be started after listening to the expectation of the customer, a very wonderful item that blends into installation location and the environment can be made.

Moreover, there is a "Sense of quality" and "Significance" as the item is hand made one by one by the workman.

Next week blog is about "Japanese sake".
