Japanese egg

The reason why the Japanese egg can boast to the world is that it symbolizes the safety of a domestic ingredient.

Eating raw diet is a standard in Japan, but eating egg as a raw diet is basically not recommended in foreign countries (A sterilized egg is available).
A complete feed control, automation until packing, speediness and quality control are the basis.
Surely, the Japanese have the food custom of eating egg as raw diet daily, only in Japan it is taken by adding the raw egg and soy sauce over the staple food, though it is said that raw egg is consumed world over.
The rice topped with egg is an easy and delicious menu that has been eaten for a long time by the Japanese.

In the United States, the famous “Sukiyaki” is eaten by topping it with the raw egg.

The eating of Sashimi (raw sliced fish) was teased and made fun as “It is uncivilized to eat raw fish” by the foreigners. However, many people all over the world are now crazy about Sushi (Vinegared rice topped with raw fish).
As the generation changes the cognizance of the people too changed.
Eventually a time will come when the Japanese egg will be highly valued by the foreigner. The Japanese love the egg above all.
The number of hen egg consumption per person in Japan is now ranked second (By the way, 1st place is Mexico).
Recently there is a trend of decrease in consumption, and yet it is a negligible amount.
