Chanpon & Saraudon - Japanese food

Chapon & Saraudon are the local cuisine of Nagasaki Prefecture.

In Japan, the ramen (Chinese-style noodle), soba (Buckwheat noodles) and udon (Wheat noodle) are the most liked noodles.
The Chapon & Saraudon are the special product of Nagasaki and hence the very few shops are there nationwide, but the noodles lovers like it


Chapon


Chapon is made by stir-frying the seafood like fish, squid, prawn, vegetable such as spring onions, fish paste, and lot other ingredients with lard, flavoring with the soup taken from the pork bone broth and chicken, adding the and finally by boiling.

Saraudon




All the ingredients used for Chapon are taken, the soup is made thick by the potato starch dissolved in water, and added over the crispy fried noodles.


This is the special cuisine of Nagasaki, and there are very few shops where this can be eaten, and they are developing a nationwide chain.
Ringer Hut is available in the whole country, and eat it by all means.
