The “Paris Ramen Week” to PR the Japanese ramen culture ended on the 25th.
For 6 days from 20th January, people came flooding greatly exceeding the expectation, and about 4,000 foods was sold in a day that exceeded the expected sales 500 foods per day.
The “Japanese food” has become the intangible cultural heritage of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and the people of Paris are pouring a hot glance into the “taste of common people” of Japan.
In this one week, people queued up the Japanese food stalls, and on every day, a long row of people continued to stand until the corner of Hotel Petit Champ in Paris.
People were standing from the restaurant of the hall to the opposite side street over many meters.
The popularity of Ramen seems to extend to Europe.
It will be difficult to cover about Ramen in a blog article in one week, and hence I will introduce various flavors and shops of Ramen in the future.
