Umeshu – Alcohol/Sake of Japan

Umeshu is the alcohol/sake made by marinating the plum tree harvested around the month of June, crystal sugar along with the distilled liquor (White liquor and distilled spirit are commonly used).

It can also be made at home, it is a familiar as the alcohol/sake that is good for health from the past, and it is also drunk as an aperitif.

It is sweet because lot of sugar is used with the aroma of the plum tree, it is popular among women too, it is an alcohol/sake that is peculiar to Japan, and it is an alcohol/sake that the people of foreign countries can drink in the sense of cocktail.

It is very delicious!
