Grated radish art

Grated radish art is the art made using the chopped radish using the special cut slicer.

In Japan, it is mostly used for helping the digestion of foodstuffs, and also taken along with the oily dishes.

Most of the people are posting such “White bear pan” the white bear made from the radish in the Twitter, and it becomes a topic.

I am introducing this because it is interesting and the Japanese, who are very skillful in making intricate foodstuffs, are using various items to create the image.
I am always repeating this; all these are handmade by the homemaker of general household, and not by the chefs in the shop.

I enjoy this type of activity by the Japanese women.
I like it very much.
