Soy sauce ramen

If you say about the most popular and many topic covered noodles in Japan now, then it is ramen.
Every day many ramen shops are coming up and are later crushed.
Shops that have enchanted the sophisticated taste buds of the Japanese people, and can really make delicious items only can survive.
I think it is a very severe industry for those who are in the occupations that dependent on public favor.
The preparation of the good food item by a friendly competition and the hard work in trying to improve the learning from others is a welcome thing from the customer point of view.
The ramen is very popular especially in Europe, and I will now introduce the soy sauce ramen that was originally made in Japan.


The chicken bones, and vegetables such as the spring onion, onion, garlic, and carrots are cooked well by boiling for several hours.
The soy sauce ramen soup is made by adding the seasoning soy sauce (called as Shouyu in Japanese language) of Japan to it.

The ramen made using this soup is called soy sauce ramen.



At present many varieties of ramen like the miso (bean paste), pork, salt etc. are available for eating, but until some 40 years before, if you say ramen, then it is only soy sauce ramen.




Therefore, if you would like to about ramen, then I would like to recommend you to start from soy sauce ramen.
Saying so, there are countless number of soy sauce ramen exists in all of Japan.




Though everything is said as soy sauce ramen, nothing is same!!












There are abundant varieties of ramen, and I would like to gradually introduce them to you in this blog.
