Tenpura (TENMO) – Japanese food

Tenpura is a dish that represents Japan.
It is a dish with the seasonal ingredients deep-fried in batter.
I think that you cannot eat a really delicious Tenpura anywhere other than Japan because it is a delicate dish where the flavor is controlled by the oil temperature, selection of ingredients, extent of deep-frying, sense of the cook, long experience
It is the dish that I would like you to eat absolutely when you come visit Japan.

Today I will introduce the “TENMO”, a shop established 120 years ago.

The shop continues to inherit for 120 years. The flavor of deep-frying in the sesame oil is extravagantly presented with the seasonal ingredients, with the occasional toping of the four seasons.

The wooden Japanese house was built in the year 1947 is used as the present building, and a modest atmosphere that makes us to feels the history.

Kindly taste the Tenpura in this special shop as there are specialty shops other than this shop.
Surely, I think that you will enjoy Japan by your eyes and tongue.
